Lumoa Lifestyle ships orders from regional warehouses in Europe to ensure reliable delivery and a clear, predictable experience. Available shipping options, delivery times, and costs are always shown transparently at checkout before completing an order.


Order processing

Orders are processed within one business day.

Orders placed before 14:00 (EET) on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after this time or during weekends are processed the next business day.


Delivery by region

European Union (EU)

  • Shipping origin: EU‑based warehouses
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days
  • Customs & duties: No additional customs charges within the EU

Most Lumoa orders within the European Union are shipped from regional European warehouses whenever possible.


United Kingdom (UK)

  • Shipping origin: EU‑based warehouses
  • Estimated delivery time: 4–6 business days
  • Customs & duties: May apply according to local regulations

Customs duties, import taxes, and handling or clearance fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • We do not ship orders from distant overseas warehouses that would significantly extend delivery times

Returns & refunds

Returns

We offer a 30‑day return period starting from the day you receive your order.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.


Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are normally covered by the customer.
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will take responsibility for return shipping and work to resolve the situation promptly.


Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the situation and resolve it fairly.


Exceptions

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
