We want to be straightforward about what responsible choices mean at Lumoa, and about what we can and can’t promise.

Choosing things you’ll use

We look for products with a useful place in everyday life and designs you won’t quickly tire of. Our aim is to offer things you’ll want to keep using, rather than encourage buying something simply because it’s new.

Information, not labels

We don’t describe the whole collection as sustainable. Products differ in their materials, production and packaging, and no single label tells the full story. We aim to give clear product information so you can decide what matters to you.

Delivery

Whenever possible, orders ship from regional warehouses. Delivery arrangements depend on the product and destination. Available shipping options, costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Work in progress

We’re a small business and still have things to learn and improve. We’d rather be clear about that than make broad promises. As we develop the collection, we’ll keep reviewing the products we offer and the information we share.
