Returns

We offer a 30‑day return period starting from the day you receive your order.

Return shipping costs are normally covered by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@lumoalifestyle.com or our contact page. We will guide you through the next steps and provide return instructions where applicable.
Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.


Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the situation and resolve it fairly.
In these cases, we take responsibility for return shipping.


Exceptions

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to their nature, including personal care products, hygiene‑related items, or customised products. If you are unsure whether a product can be returned, feel free to contact us before placing an order.


European Union right of withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

This statutory right exists independently of Lumoa Lifestyle’s extended 30‑day return policy, which provides additional return flexibility beyond the legal minimum.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
