Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders from warehouses within the EU.
Items in the same order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
Order processing
Orders are processed within one business day. Orders placed before 14:00 (EET) on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed later or during weekends are processed the next business day.
Delivery times
- European Union: usually 5–8 business days
- United Kingdom: usually 6–9 business days
Shipping costs
Rates and free shipping thresholds may vary depending on the selected currency. Some products have separate shipping arrangements, including free shipping without a minimum order value. The applicable shipping options, costs and delivery estimates for your order are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Customs & duties
European Union: No additional customs charges within the EU
United Kingdom: May apply according to local regulations
Customs duties, import taxes, and handling or clearance fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
We offer a 30‑day return period starting from the day you receive your order.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are normally covered by the customer.
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will take responsibility for return shipping and work to resolve the situation promptly.

Refunds
