Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?
We ship orders from EU‑based warehouses.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location.
Within the European Union, orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days.
Orders to the United Kingdom arrive in approximately 4–6 business days.
Estimated delivery times are shown clearly on the product page and at checkout.

When is my order processed?
Orders are processed within one business day. Orders placed before 14:00 (EET) on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or during weekends are processed the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to selected international destinations, including the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
Orders shipped within the European Union do not incur customs duties. Orders to the United Kingdom may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?
In rare cases, delays may occur due to local handling or external factors. If this happens, our support will assist you and provide updates where available.

Is shopping on Lumoa Lifestyle secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems. We do not store credit card information on our servers.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30‑day return period from the date you receive your order. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Who covers the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are normally covered by the customer. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will of course take responsibility for return shipping and work to resolve the situation promptly.

How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@lumoalifestyle.com or via our contact page. We will guide you through the next steps and provide return instructions when applicable. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to their nature, including personal care, hygiene‑related, or customized products. If you are unsure whether an item can be returned, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

What does "curated" mean at Lumoa Lifestyle?
Curated means each product is selected intentionally based on functionality, long‑term use and how it fits into calm everyday living. We do not offer mass selections or trend‑driven collections.

Why don't you offer a very large product range?
We believe fewer, better choices create a more balanced and sustainable experience. Each product at Lumoa is chosen with purpose rather than volume.

Are your products suitable for homes with pets?
Many of our products are designed with real homes in mind, including those shared with pets. We recommend reviewing individual product details and using items as intended, especially around animals.

Can I change my order after placing it?
