Shipping policy

We ship orders from EU-based warehouses.

Rates and free shipping thresholds may vary depending on the selected currency. Some products have separate shipping arrangements, including free shipping without a minimum order value. The applicable shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before completing your purchase.

Orders within the European Union are typically processed within one business day. When an order is placed before 14:00, it is usually dispatched the same working day. Estimated delivery times within the European Union are 5–8 business days.

Orders to the United Kingdom are also supported. Estimated delivery times typically range up to 6–9 business days depending on destination and local handling.

We do not currently ship to the United States. Availability of shipping to your location is shown at checkout before completing an order.

Please note that orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
